District Sales Managers are key drivers to implementing Avon field strategy and are critical to the achievement of the direct selling experience. The responsibilities of a District Sales Manager include:
Grow and sustain profitable sales by meeting performance objectives Implement field strategy to exceed direct sales metrics Effectively recruit, train and manage independent sales representatives within a specific district Motivate and develop representatives Analyze information and evaluate results in order to develop and implement strategies Provide strong leadership in a territory that generates 2 million plus a year Travel locally up to 80%
Requirements:
Three years sales experience with one year sales management experience preferred.
